Husband
and wife team Neil and Justyna Fanous opened Ocean Brasserie in July
2004, since which time it has gained a reputation for providing food,
wine and service of outstanding quality. Neil and Justyna have combined
25 years of experience in some of Europe’s top establishments
including Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, The
Riverside Restaurant in West Bay, Keith Floyd’s Pub in
Tuckenhay, to name just a few. It was the time Neil spent working in France however that really fuelled
his love of food. The food at Ocean Brasserie makes use of the
excellent local produce available with a strong bias towards seafood
from Brixham and Plymouth fish markets. Although
predominantly seafood orientated, the restaurant also caters for meat
eaters and vegetarians. Justyna presides over the front of house
providing relaxed and friendly service in the modern, simple , yet
stylish dining area.
