Brasserie is a family run restaurant which opened its doors to the public in 2004.
The menu features fresh fish and shellfish
from nearby Brixham and Plymouth fish markets. Beef is sourced from farms in the Newton Abbot area.
The formula
of the restaurant is simple: good quality food, wine and service at affordable prices.
Justyna and Neil Fanous,the owners,
personally oversee the restaurant and the kitchen ensuring high standards at all times. Before opening their own
restaurant, Justyna and Neil worked in some very high profile establishments, including Rick Stein's "Seafood Restaurant"
in Padstow, "The Riverside Restaurant" in West Bay, where Neil was head chef, the late Keith Floyd's "Floyd's
Inn" in Tuckenhay to name just a few.
